Our office was founded by Sandra Lopez Cruz with the goal of helping others attain the American Dream of obtaining legal status in the United States. Our attorney is licensed in California and she is able to practice immigration law throughout the United States. We concentrate on immigration and criminal matters.

Attorney Sandra Lopez Cruz is a first-generation American and she understands the struggles of the undocumented community. Her family is originally from Oaxaca, Mexico. Attorney Sandra was raised in a Spanish-speaking household and is the first in her family to attend college. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California – Los Angeles in Political Science with Departmental Highest Honors. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree with public service distinction from Southwestern Law School’s two-year accelerated program. Attorney Sandra first became involved with the migrant community during her high school years when she worked with the Cesar Chavez Foundation in Santa Clara County. She continued her work in the community by later volunteering with the United Farm Workers Foundation in Salinas, California. Throughout her career, Attorney Sandra has worked with various organizations such as SIREN, Public Counsel, UFWF, and Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project. Attorney Sandra is very passionate about helping her community.
